Referral program
Set per card in the Cards editor, next to Welcome points — a member's own "Invite a friend" button (on their live card) rewards them AND the friend who signs up. Off by default per card.
Till bridge (EPOS)
Sales at the till credit points automatically via POST /api/pos/<source>/event.
Square adapter is built — point Square webhooks at /api/pos/square/webhook and set SQUARE_WEBHOOK_SIGNATURE_KEY to go live. Toast UK adapter awaits partner API access.
Organisation
Group → brand → site. This is what "redeemable at" scoping on a card means — a card can be one site only, every site of a brand, or the whole group.

Only the platform owner can create a brand-new, independent group (nothing sits above "group" to check an ordinary admin's rights against) — everyone else adds brands/sites under a group they already manage.

VAT — per location, optional
VAT is off unless you turn it on, and the rate is yours to set — not every location charges it, and the rate differs by country. The treatment decides WHEN the VAT falls due: a single-purpose voucher (everything it buys is at one VAT rate) is taxed when you sell it; a multi-purpose voucher (mixed rates possible, e.g. some zero-rated food) is taxed when it's spent. Confirm which you are with your accountant — it changes the return.
